Processing Times:

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time (up to 10-14 business days).

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Domestic)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (Varies by country)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Tracking & Lost Packages:

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Autumn Laurel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping & Customs:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees required by their country.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery times.
