  2. Approval Process – We’ll review your application and respond within 3-5 business days.

  3. Place Your Order – Once approved, you’ll receive access to our wholesale catalog and pricing.

  4. Shipping & Processing –

Wholesale Shipping Timeline

Our wholesale orders follow the timeline below to ensure quality and efficient fulfillment:

  1. Order Confirmation & Payment Processing1-3 business days

    • For new retailers, full payment is required before processing.

    • For approved Net 30 accounts, invoices are generated and sent.

  2. Production Time (If Made-to-Order)5-14 business days

    • Handmade or custom items may take longer to produce.

    • If items are in stock, this step may be skipped.

  3. Packing & Quality Check1-3 business days

    • Orders are carefully packed and inspected before shipment.

  4. Shipping & Transit3-7 business days (Domestic) | 7-21 business days (International)

    • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) determine final delivery times.

    • Bulk or pallet shipments may take longer.

Total Estimated Timeline:

  • In-stock items: 7-10 business days

  • Made-to-order products: 10-21 business days


Wholesale Payment Terms

We process wholesale payments securely through Shopify Invoicing, which allows you to pay easily via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Our payment terms are as follows:

  • Prepayment (For New Retailers) – All first-time wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipping.

  • Net 30 Terms (For Approved Accounts) – Returning wholesale customers in good standing may qualify for Net 30 payment terms, meaning payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Credit Card on File – Approved Net 30 accounts must keep a credit card on file for automatic payments if invoices are not paid by the due date.

  • Late Fees – A 5% late fee will be applied to invoices that are past due beyond 7 days.

Minimum Order Requirements:

  • Initial Order Minimum: $300

  • Reorder Minimum: $150

  • Returns & Exchanges: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final.
