Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you bring into your home. Scent is deeply personal, and sometimes a fragrance that is beautiful to one person simply is not right for another. That is part of what makes fragrance human.
If a candle or home fragrance is not what you hoped for, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To keep our small-batch process fair to everyone:
• Items must be gently used or unburned
• Returns are for the purchase price (shipping is non-refundable)
We do not make returns difficult. Simply email us and we will walk you through it.
We are not a warehouse. We are a candle house. And we treat people the way we hope to be treated.

Autumn Laurel does not use subscriptions, ledgers, auto-ship programs, or automatic renewals.
You will only be charged when you place an order.
We do not store payment methods for future charges. We do not keep cards on file

How Our Scents Are Made
Every Autumn Laurel fragrance begins the same way: slowly.
We work in small batches using:
• Apricot coconut wax
• High-quality fragrance oils from trusted U.S. suppliers
• Cotton or wooden wicks chosen for clean, even burn
• Phthalate-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free formulations
We do not use mass-produced candle bases.
We do not use filler waxes.
We do not rush curing or pouring.
Each scent is tested for throw, balance, and burn before it ever reaches your home.
These are not factory candles.
They are crafted the way food and tea and soap once were: with attention, repetition, and respect for materials.
