Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging. Because our products are hand-poured and consumable, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, burned, or used.

To start a return, contact us at hello@autumnlaurel.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized orders, any item that has been opened, burned, or used, or body care products that have been opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@autumnlaurel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund at our discretion — no return shipping required for damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@autumnlaurel.com.
