Shipping policy

At Autumn Laurel & Co., each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and attention to detail. We want your order to arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Methods We ship via USPS or UPS. Carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free shipping is available on all orders over $40 within the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at hello@autumnlaurel.com.

Delivery Times Delivery estimates vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been handed off for shipment.

Damages in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@autumnlaurel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.
