Since 1981, the Brushy Mountain Apple Festival has grown into one of North Carolina's premier arts and crafts festivals, welcoming hundreds of artisans, musicians, food vendors, and visitors from across the Southeast. Held each October in historic downtown North Wilkesboro, the festival celebrates Appalachian heritage, local craftsmanship, and everything that makes the fall season special.
